Leslie this is a fabulous post, your rolls looks so yummy and easy enough for anyone to try. I’m going to make them in your honour as soon as I get some yoghurt.
Thanks Lisa! :) Yes, I think they are pretty easy and forgiving. I love many "rustic" recipes for that reason haha. I would love to hear about how they turn out for you.
Oh - bullet points and numbers - so helpful for the reader - so hard for copying the whole recipe into the Notes section on my phone! Managed it! Thank you for this - looking forward to trying it out!
Hi Kris, not sure how I missed this. Oh, I'm sorry about that. I'm glad you managed to get it on your phone. I'm trying to include PDFs on some recipes going forward. I'd love to hear about how it went. :)
I haven't seen or had bazlama in YEARS until you just made them out of the blue one day! I mean ... I couldn't believe my eyes that you made BAZLAMA?!?! I didn't know it would be as easy as you describe to make it at home. Now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever had homemade bazlama before. Wild.
Readers - Trust me, if I can prepare the dough, you can too.
I'm so glad you loved it. :) It filled my heart to see the smile on your face! And thank you for putting the dough together and giving me feedback on how to improve those instructions. <3
These look so good, Leslie. Plus the method seems totally doable.
Thanks, Annada! Yes, it's quite approachable, even for the beginner bread maker. :)

Youre the best, I enjoy your enthusiasm! It is fun watching you and Bulut have fun( well… he has fun eating!)
Aw, thank you Karen. :) Haha he does have fun eating, and he has some fun in the kitchen, too...maybe I will ask him to do a guest post one day. 😊
Oh. It says it here! :) I love goat cheese!
Me too! :) I believe it could be stuffed with anything you have on hand, but I love the goat cheese so much that I keep sticking to that haha
